--Over the years, we have provided millions of dollars in military aid to Ethiopia and Kenya, yet have been slow criticize those covernments when they have allied themselves, at least in word if not in deed, with our military. We see the same in Ethiopia over the issue of the Ogaden region, where thousands have died in each year from hunger and neglect.
